Helen + John – Downtown Toronto Engagement Session

This stylish, beautiful, Toronto couple decided to have their engagement session done in the heart of their city! Helen and John are always on the go and truly in love with downtown Toronto, so what better place to shoot their engagement session than at the places that have hold history and meaning in their relationship. We started off at the local Golden Griddle where John popped the question – we actually had the same waitress that served them that morning! We moved on throughout the city and had a blast! These two are so great together. You could really see John’s heart for Helen in little ways by sincerely putting her first and taking care of her. Likewise, Helen’s love for John was clearly evident as he held her close, and as her eyes lit up when I asked her to look at John. These two are one great couple, and I am thrilled to be shooting their wedding next season!

Erica + Mike Engaged – Scottsdale Farm

Talk about an ideal evening! This beautiful couple chose an amazing location (Scottsdale Farms) and the perfect fall evening to do their engagement session – the light was just incredible! Erica and Mike are a fun, easy going couple and were a blast to photograph. Erica had everything prepared from purchasing new outfits to every last detail to make their shoot unique! It was great seeing these two interact with each other; Mike always quick to joke, and Erica trying to hold in the laughter (she just lit up whenever he wrapped his arms around her!). Erica and Mike, thank you for an incredible shoot, I’m really looking forward to your wedding day!

Lindsay + Gibson Engaged – Toronto High Park Engagement

Lindsay and Gibson are such a great couple! We had a great time shooting at High Park for their beautiful fall engagement session. While I was reviewing their images for this blog post, I was reminded again of why I love my job. I feel so honoured to capture these moments in their lives; the laughter, the quiet moments of being in each other’s arms, and those in-between moments that expresses their joy and love for each other.
